Steven J. Harrison has joined the Virginia Beach Department of Economic Development as business development and research manager. His primary responsibilities include managing the department’s research program and supporting interactive marketing strategies through the web and social media. Harrison will also participate in the department’s business retention and attraction activities in expanding the Virginia Beach economy.
