Mayor Announces More Than 200 New Jobs for Virginia Beach
Avis Budget Group plans to relocate 100 senior-level management positions from the northeast to Virginia Beach. The company plans to hire locally for more than 85 percent of those positions. Additionally, GEICO plans to add 110 new positions to its workforce of more than 2,200 individuals during calendar year 2010.
