LoanCare Servicing Expands and Moves Regional Headquarters to
October 20, 2010LoanCare Servicing has entered into a five-year lease for 51,385 square feet of office space to expand and move its regional headquarters to Rosemont Interstate Center II in Virginia Beach. The new location will provide an additional 9,590 square feet of space from its previous headquarters that opened in Virginia Beach in 2007 with 130 employees. The new facility allows for the addition of 226 full-time jobs within 30 months. As the company expects its business to expand, the new positions will enhance its customer and administrative services. The City retains 284 full-time jobs with the relocation announcement. read more
Bryant & Stratton College to Expand Its Virginia Beach Campus
October 20, 2010Bryant & Stratton College’s Virginia Beach Campus announced today that it will expand its current facility at 301 Centre Pointe Drive by 15,000 square feet. The current facility occupies 28,000 square feet and the college employs about 160 faculty and staff.
