Corporate Landing Business Park
Located on the southwestern side of Naval Air Station Oceana, between General Booth Boulevard and Dam Neck Road, Corporate Landing Business Park is a 325-acre Class A office, light-industrial, research and data center development, and mixed-use area.
The park is located only 5 miles from I-264 via four-lane, divided arterial roads, and is within one mile of two major retail power centers: Red Mill Commons and Landstown Commons. It has a
campus-like setting with high quality buildings integrated into a naturally
landscaped setting. Also, the park is located in an opportunity zone and it is development ready with all utilities stubbed to the site.
Corporate Landing Business Park is home to a variety of major regional and corporate headquarters. These include the corporate headquarters of
Liberty Tax and JES, the regional headquarters of GEICO, and Lockheed Martin.
There are 163 acres of land currently available for development in the park.
Data Center Connectivity
Telxius, a subsidiary of Telefónica, has constructed a 24,000-square-foot cable landing station to support two new ultra-high speed transatlantic fiber optic telecommunication cables that have landed in Corporate Landing. The first one MAREA, owned by Microsoft, Facebook, and Telefónica, brought the first ultra-high-speed 200 terabit fiber optic cable from Bilbao, Spain to Corporate Landing. BRUSA, owned by Telefónica , brought the second cable from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Virginia Beach in the fourth quarter of 2018. The cable landing station in Corporate Landing provides high capacity, reliable connectivity options to carriers, data center and colocation facility operators.
