The City of Virginia Beach Development Authority facilitates the expansion of the tax base through increased business investment.

Over 50% of the office and industrial land developed in the City is directly attributable to the City of Virginia Beach Development Authority’s extraordinary efforts. Municipally-owned sites, from 3.5 acres to 125 acres, are ready for development. In addition, land at very competitive prices can be made available to new business and existing industry.
Meetings
The regular City of Virginia Beach Development Authority meeting is on the third Tuesday of every month at 8:30 AM. The meeting location is 222 Central Park Ave, Suite 1000, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
